![]() 48 hours from that ToD on November 3rd at 10:30:30 P.M. The best way for me to explain how it works is to give an example. Their window, however, is a 24 hour gap and the actual spawn of them could happen every hour. Upon the ToD of the HNM, it takes 48 hours upon that ToD for the window to open up on these HNM. With the example I used for The Great Wyrms these 3 HNM work on a similar method but the time is cut drastically. Before I go into details on how to fight each of the 3 HNM, I will give you a brief description of how the spawning of each of the HNM work. These 3 were introduced slightly after the release of the expansion with a version update and mostly 2 out of the 3 of them are highly camped and sought after by Linkshells. Let’s talk about the Treasures of Aht Urhgan HNM Cerberus, Khimaira, and Hydra. ![]() A great place to see what other RDM's are wearing is the FFXIAH RDM forum as you'll frequently see gear set posts there.Welcome ladies and gentlemen, Mithra and Galka, and all Tarutarus alike! Here is another instalment of End Game Scene by Fadian. In terms of actual ARMOR sets, you're probably going to want to look into the Morrigan/Morrigan +1 from Salvage, Nares attire from NNI as Eratyx pointed out, a handful of Voidwatch gear (Heka's, Anhur, Rubeus body and Rubeus legs come to mind). ![]() The best place for you to start would be obtaining fully upgraded AF3 (Abyssea) and AF2 (Dynamis) gear as that will give you a fairly good spread of gear. Refresh set: a lot of mages like to mix in -PDT/DT gear along with their Refresh sets in the event they would be taking damage The sets that you'll primarily want to have are.Ĭure potency: 50% is the potency cap, -80% the cure cast time capĬast set: This will vary depending on what you're casting, but for a spell like Haste, Phalanx, Regen which you'll cast often you'll want to hit the 26% gear Haste cap if possibleĮnhancing: for RDM I think this might focus more on increasing length of the spell cast with Composure up I'm not a RDM but I do have WHM/SCH/BRD so I have a fair bit of experience with mage gear sets. What you actually want to be looking for is what pieces of each gear set can be combined to actual make different situation sets. What you seem to be focusing on is actually having full gear sets, which can be nice when they come with a set bonus. I think it's come down to this, because RDM doesn't really excel in healing/nuking/buffs compared to whm/blm/brd/cor, personally I love RDM just telling you what it's come down to recently, but always still great for soloing stuff or low-man situations.įor gear I'd get started with Emp+1/2 in abyssea (will need a small group for this) and the Orvail set from reive/bayld in Adoulin (can solo in a week or so of constant reiving).įor Delve gear you need to join an ally and kill extremely hard NMs (complete PUGs will generally fail to kill these NMs unless it's a solid linkshell/group filling up remaining spots in alliance) to get the ability to buy the equipment with plasm (where you can easily farm in delve alliance shouts just takes time to accumulate plasm). Just a heads up on RDM, if you're looking to get into 'endgame' group content RDM has kinda fallen out of the picture in a lot of the cases, WHM and SCH seem to be much more desired in most situations, like you'll rarely see anyone looking specifically for a RDM. From what I've gathered this is NNI on steroids. To my knowledge the best armor in the game comes from Delve. This is extremely hard! It will take several months before you are ready for this. To my knowledge, the second-best armor in the game comes from Nyzul Isle Uncharted Area Survey, aka Neo Nyzul Isle, aka NNI. It'll take a while to grind enough bayld to get an Orvail set.Ībyssea is still one of the biggest attractions. With the release of Adoulin, a lot of people are doing Colonization Reives you will need to be level 99 and be very careful, because the mobs hit very hard. ![]() Where you go from here will require some additional research. This will suffice for a good amount of mid-endgame content. After about 3 hours you should have enough cruor to buy a Teal set. Go to abyssea - la theine and join a worm party. Those aren't the only sets by a long shot. Check out the new 1-119 guide on BG Wiki. Coming from FFXIV? Check out our FFXIV->FFXI page. The Community Project has been delivered!
